had stay in novotel really very nice room bug size washroom was so clean with decorative things ...big TV in my room I love that pool was very big reception team help along for us they always ready to suggest you specially anna Ishani and restaurant has a good food ( alot choice) thank you team for everything muskan was also help me..she have good knowledge about hotels.

Cleaning was so good by housekeeping team they always help me to setup my room ( arrange) lobby was to clean and tidy pool was amazing very near bar pool and bar nice combination thank you all of you who did take care of my room and family...Novotel is 5star 100%

Outdated, dirty and overpriced. Lock up everything!!!!

We have just left this hotel and i would never return! I believe we were in the same 3 bedroom suite that was in another review in May with photos. The carpets were disgustingly stained through the whole suit and the room smelt - the hallways also had a terrible smell. I disinfected all surfaces myself before i let my family touch anything! We chose this hotel as we are Accor members but we were not offered any Accor Gold Member benefits or even welcomed with any friendliness. Worst of all as i have just unpacked i have noticed an expensive clothing item missing. Yes i am 100% certain i washed and hung said item with numerous other pieces thus not noticing immediately it was missing when i packed. Im looking forward to a reply email regarding this concerning matter. When paying over $500 a night I expect a lot more!

Housekeeping has a great hospitality for the guest thank you team for make my stay cool I would like to stay here always as they treat family reception team was were professional and helpful thank you every who has done service....thank you Novotel team

Great place and part of Accor hotels

I choose this property only because it is part of Accor hotels. In my opinion hotel is good, we were with my friend on BB basis. As I member Novotel gave us room upgrade and regarding breakfast package had upgrade as well. In room had some issues but lady (Don’t remember her name) in reception fixed it immediately. I really appreciate this move from hotel side! Just FYI metro near by hotel is not working (a few weeks ago had strong rainy and it gave some damage) but as I know it will start work in June. Breakfast is quite good for 4* hotel. There is big pool with bar and gym. Generally we had city holiday and came only for sleep. Regarding service, I love housekeeping team. They were giving every time smile to us (which is very important!) I know Manish as I was seen him very often. I had request, as I try to drink more water, he brought extra bottle of waters (small thing but I felt that I am special) Manish if you see this review, Thank you and take care of yourself! We stayed 8 days, thank you Novotel for everything.
